IRMACS Centre's Infrastructure - Wireless

A wireless Ethernet network (802.11b, 802.11g) covers the entire IRMACS Centre so that researchers can move about the space with laptops, PDAs, tablets, and other mobile computing devices. To the greatest extent possible, mobile devices have access to the IRMACS facilities. The IRMACS Wireless technical support documents offer step-by-step directions for using the wireless infrastructure.

The IRMACS Centre is also covered by SFU wireless, including the SFU Open, SFU-Secure, and Eduroam wireless networks. For more information on these networks, please refer to the SFU wireless web page.
